Remember the black engineer that told me he could ‘get a Latina on his job. there are many cultures. we don’t need you black women. we make more money than you anyway and so does the Latina woman’.
LET’S DISCUSS. Since everyone else they work with is better than us…..and they’ve been screaming this since the 90s….WHY DO WE KEEP GIVING BLACK MEN A CHANCE?
At minimum they should be held to a higher standard. Simply having a penis is not enough.
We’ve also been more stable than them since the 90s…as an entire group of women.
Any race of man needs to prove his worth…that he can provide AND be stable minded. Raise the bar!
