Cruel and Unusual Pain Treatment

Why have Washington and Oregon reduced penalties for non-medical possession of Schedule I-IV drugs while ramping up restrictions on opiate prescriptions for law-abiding pain patients?

Thanks for linking to my article about the awful political situation causing suffering to law-abiding pain patients in the PAC NW, even as OR & WA reduced ScheduleI-IV penalties to $100-125 fines (that can be waived). Punishing one for another’s bad behavior is injustice at its most unjust!
