Trump: Never concede to fake ballots; GSA gives transition resources to Biden; GA begins 2nd recount

President Donald Trump says he will never concede to an election won by fraudulent votes after the General Services Administration (GSA) took an initial step in the transition process but stated the GSA "does not pick or certify the winner," the Trump team and a number of groups have a combined 16 active legal cases across 4 states challenging election results to overcome projected Biden wins, and Minnesota lawmakers plan to sue the state’s secretary over election changes he made.
