President Donald J. Trump is considering using the Army Corps of Engineers to build the border wall between Mexico and the U.S. if Congress fails to act.

The president told the Daily Mail while en route to Fargo Friday that there are ‘two options.’

‘Military and Homeland Security,’ he said.

The Army Corps of Engineers has successfully completed many massive construction projects over past decades and would be perfectly suitable for the job.

The Army Corp of Engineers is under the Department of Defense and is made up of some 37,000 personnel.
